1-Our refund Policy

The registration process at Qubool-hai Matrimony is completely free. After registration by the customer, he/she has to purchase the plans issued by us to expand the marriage related services, the amount paid for the "plan" purchased by choosing from amongst these 'plan' will not be refunded. But we do give the right to the customer to upgrade the 'plan' purchased by him, for this he can upgrade his plan by paying a fixed fee. We have no policy to cancel the plan purchased by the customer immediately.
